HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Equipment Types Covered:

• Excavator Operator – 20T / 30T / 50T
• Bulldozer Operator
• Grader Operator
• Wheel Loader Operator
• JCB Operator
• Roller Compactor Operator
• CP Drilling Rig Operator
• Concrete Mixer Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience operating one or more of the listed heavy equipment types is required.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Must be capable of reading and following site instructions and safety procedures.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), licenses, or project records.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding outdoor and industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to site requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Perform excavation, earthmoving, grading, loading, compaction, drilling, and concrete handling tasks as required.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Identify and report mechanical issues, defects, or maintenance needs immediately.
• Follow approved work plans, technical instructions, and safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and ground personnel to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Operate equipment on various terrains, including uneven, confined, and challenging site conditions.
• Maintain proper care of assigned machinery, ensuring cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Keep accurate operational logs and reports as required by site management.
• Strictly comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
