Dar Al Bena Contracting Company is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join its construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for skilled operators who can safely operate heavy machinery, perform site preparation activities, and maintain equipment while adhering to workplace safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience operating construction equipment and working on infrastructure, excavation, and site development projects.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Experience operating construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, and backhoes.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit and capable of working in construction environments.
  Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
• Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, backhoes, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform digging, loading, lifting, trenching, grading, and material handling operations according to project requirements.
• Prepare and grade construction sites, roads, and land areas for development activities.
• Measure and level work areas to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of equipment, including checking fluid levels, tires, brakes, and safety devices.
• Perform minor maintenance and routine servicing of equipment and report major mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure machinery is in good operating condition.
• Follow established safety procedures and company safety regulations at all times.
• Use hand signals, radios, and other communication devices to coordinate with ground personnel and supervisors.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing assigned duties.
• Report equipment defects, safety hazards, and incidents immediately.
• Maintain accurate operating logs and equipment inspection records.
• Assist with other construction activities as assigned by supervisors.
