Nassir Mana Wabran Co & Partners is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators (Crane) to work in Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for skilled crane operators who can safely operate lifting equipment, perform equipment inspections, and coordinate lifting operations while maintaining the highest safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in crane operations within construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (CRANE)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a crane operator or heavy equipment operator.
• Experience operating cranes in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of crane safety procedures and lifting operations.
• Ability to interpret hand signals and communicate effectively with ground crews.
• Familiarity with equipment inspection and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes and lifting equipment safely and efficiently using control levers, pedals, and operating systems.
• Lift, lower, position, and move heavy materials, equipment, and construction loads according to project requirements.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections to ensure cranes and equipment are in safe working condition.
• Identify, report, and document mechanical defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns.
• Assemble and disassemble crane booms and related equipment when required.
• Properly position outriggers and stabilize cranes before lifting operations.
• Perform minor maintenance and routine servicing of crane equipment.
• Follow approved lifting plans, load limits, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate lifting activities with ground personnel, signalmen, and banksmen using hand signals and radio communication.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and site personnel during crane operations.
• Observe workplace safety regulations and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep accurate equipment inspection and operation records.
• Ensure work areas remain safe and free from hazards during lifting operations.
