Danube Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, manage culinary staff, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.

HEAD CHEF

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Age: 21–35 years old.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Plan and prepare menus, maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, delegating tasks effectively.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction through quality food and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
