Ritro Salon and Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Hairdresser to join its professional beauty team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide high-quality hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming salon experience for clients.

HAIRDRESSER

Qualifications:

• Female/Male applicants aged 30–40 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist.
• Strong skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about hairdressing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, trimming, styling, blow-drying, and coloring.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Apply hair treatments such as conditioning, smoothing, and repairing treatments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon area and workstations.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of salon tools and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with current hair trends, styles, and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other salon staff to maintain a positive and professional working environment.
