TU Holdings Group is seeking passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.

BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Barista or in a similar café or food and beverage role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in operating coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, beverage presentation, and customer service best practices.
• Willing to perform light cleaning and general housekeeping duties within the café.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations when needed.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, workstations, coffee equipment, and dining areas.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed.
• Handle cash, process customer payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service and efficient daily operations.
