Hair Treatment Therapist (yumi)
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant salon experience.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization and infection-control practices.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Attention to detail and quality standards.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to upsell treatments and retail products.
- Time management and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Assess hair/scalp condition and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform Yumi Scalp Treatment and related services according to brand standards.
- Deliver hair repair, keratin, hydration, protein and scalp therapies.
- Explain aftercare instructions and treatment plans.
- Maintain equipment, product stock and sanitation.
- Cross-sell complementary salon services and retail products.
- Stay updated on new treatment techniques and trends.
- Assist with reception or salon operations when required.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
