GREENKEEPER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • High school or vocational graduate
  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in related fields
  • TESDA NC I or NC II in Plant Maintenance is an advantage
  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Knowledge of turf care techniques (mowing, aeration, top-dressing, fertilization)
  • Ability to operate and maintain golf course machinery and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work
  • Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding conditions
    Team player with good work ethic

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain golf course grounds to ensure excellent playing conditions
  • Perform mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, and general landscaping tasks
  • Conduct aeration, verticutting, top-dressing, and soil nutrient application
  • Prepare and plant sod and seeds on greens, tees, and fairways
  • Maintain bunkers and other course features
  • Participate in daily golf course setup for play
  • Operate and maintain tractors, ride-on mowers, and other turf equipment
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is fueled, lubricated, and regularly inspected
  • Carry out special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Stay updated with best practices in turf and golf course maintenance
