Cooperante D.O.O. is looking for a skilled Graphic Technician / Designer to join its Prepress team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and optimizing graphic files for flexographic printing, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with production requirements.

GRAPHIC TECHNICIAN/DESIGNER Prepress Staff (Graphic Preparation)

Qualifications:

• Vocational or College Graduate in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related fields
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in flexo prepress
• Knowledgeable in file preparation for flexo printing (trapping, color separation, plate preparation)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, ArtPro, or Esko software
• Strong attention to detail and creative skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process artwork files for flexographic printing
• Perform trapping, color separation, and plate preparation
• Ensure all files meet technical printing specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with production and printing teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Review and correct artwork to avoid printing errors
• Maintain consistency in color and design across all print materials
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Follow company procedures and quality control standards
