Grader Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Grader Operator.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in construction, roadworks, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Skilled in road grading, leveling, and precision surface finishing operations.
• Knowledgeable in equipment safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), operator certifications, or project records.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments and varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate motor grader equipment safely and efficiently for road grading, leveling, slope shaping, and surface finishing activities.
• Perform grading operations for roads, construction sites, pipelines, and industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Spread and level materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and aggregates according to project specifications.
• Maintain proper road elevation, drainage slopes, and surface alignment during grading operations.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks before daily operations.
• Identify and report equipment defects, malfunctions, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Follow project plans, site instructions, and safety procedures at all times.
• Operate equipment safely on uneven terrain, slopes, and challenging site conditions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, surveyors, and ground personnel to ensure accurate grading work.
• Maintain operational logs, inspection reports, and fuel consumption records as required.
