German Reservation Consultant

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or similar fields.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or travel industry preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel, airline, travel, or service reservations for customers.
• Process booking requests, cancellations, changes, and confirmations.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer and reservation information into the system.
• Provide customers with reservation details, travel information, and policies.
• Assist German-speaking customers via mobile, email, or chat support.
• Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
