Al Jeri Investment is seeking qualified and experienced Gasoline Station Supervisors for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise station personnel, monitor daily fuel station operations, oversee fuel inventory and sales, ensure safety compliance, and maintain excellent customer service and station standards.
GASOLINE STATION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be at least a High School Graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Experience in gasoline stations, fuel stations, convenience stores, retail operations, or a similar supervisory environment is an advantage.
- Experience supervising employees and assigning daily work duties.
- Knowledge of fuel station operations, fuel dispensing procedures, and basic inventory control.
- Ability to monitor fuel deliveries, stock levels, and station equipment.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales reconciliation, and daily reporting.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, guide, and motivate station personnel.
- Strong awareness of fire, environmental, health, and workplace safety requirements.
- Responsible, organized, trustworthy, and attentive to operational details.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an outdoor fuel station environment.
- Able to work under pressure and handle operational concerns efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and assign daily duties to gasoline station attendants and other station personnel.
- Monitor daily station operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and organized workflow.
- Ensure employees follow proper fuel dispensing procedures and customer service standards.
- Monitor the safe handling and dispensing of gasoline and other fuel products.
- Check fuel pumps, dispensers, tanks, equipment, and station facilities to ensure proper operation.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Monitor fuel inventory, stock levels, deliveries, and consumption.
- Verify fuel deliveries and ensure proper recording of received fuel products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Monitor cash transactions, sales records, and daily station collections.
- Check and reconcile daily sales and cash reports.
- Prepare daily operational, sales, inventory, and collection reports as required.
- Assist in controlling station expenses and minimizing operational losses.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns professionally.
- Resolve operational issues promptly or escalate them to management when necessary.
- Train and guide station employees regarding customer service, fuel handling, safety procedures, and station policies.
- Monitor employee attendance, work performance, and compliance with assigned duties.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, environmental, health, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct regular checks of fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, safety signs, and other safety facilities.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed in case of fuel spills, equipment failures, accidents, or other emergencies.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the entire gasoline station.
- Ensure fuel pumps, forecourt areas, convenience areas, restrooms, and other customer-facing areas are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and preventive maintenance of station equipment.
- Ensure employees use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, operating procedures, and security requirements.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements and maintaining service quality.
- Perform other gasoline station supervision and operational duties assigned by management.
