GAS DIESEL MECHANIC (Compressor/Generator)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Graduate of Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 2-year vocational/trade course with certification in Gas/Diesel Mechanic
• Strong experience in:
  • Maintenance of generators, compressors, and vehicles
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical systems
• Background in manufacturing or pipe coating industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient performance of compressors, generators, and vehicles
• Conduct inspection and troubleshooting of equipment in the field
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs as needed
• Prepare and maintain equipment for upcoming projects
• Assess mechanical issues and ensure proper job execution
• Maintain and care for tools and mechanical equipment
• Recommend improvements to enhance department efficiency
• Ensure strict safety compliance in all maintenance activities
• Report all mechanical issues and updates directly to the supervisor
