Committee Australia is seeking an experienced Gardener / Handyman to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces while supporting general maintenance tasks across the property. The ideal candidate will have strong horticultural knowledge, hands-on experience in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

GARDENER / HANDYMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of gardening experience.
• Experience in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work independently.
• Physical fitness to perform gardening and maintenance tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas across the property.
• Apply horticultural knowledge for plant care, including pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Perform mowing, edging, weeding, and general garden upkeep.
• Support preventative maintenance activities, including minor plumbing, tiling, and carpentry tasks.
• Ensure all outdoor and public areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing.
• Keep outdoor areas presentable for patrons and visitors.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the property management team as needed.
