TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking qualified and physically fit Galvanizing Production Workers for an overseas work opportunity in the Czech Republic. The role involves assisting with the hot-dip galvanizing process and handling steel and metal products in a demanding industrial environment. 

Galvanizing Production Worker

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only.
  • 22 to 40 years old.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or metalworking environment.
  • Approximately 70 kg minimum weight and 170 cm minimum height, as specified by the employer.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical strength.
  • Basic mathematical skills, particularly for calculating and verifying load weights.
  • Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
  • Physically capable of handling heavy materials.
  • Comfortable working in a hot, physically demanding industrial environment.
  • Willing to work with dirty, greasy, and heavy metal materials.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the galvanizing specialist with daily production activities.
  • Work near the galvanizing oven in a hot industrial environment.
  • Handle, move, load, and unload steel and metal products safely.
  • Assist in preparing materials for the galvanizing process.
  • Follow technical instructions and established production procedures.
  • Help calculate and verify material or load weights using basic mathematical skills.
  • Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects or irregularities.
  • Maintain proper organization of materials and work areas.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness around the production and work areas.
  • Report equipment problems, material issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Work efficiently as part of a production team.
  • Perform other duties related to galvanizing and metal production as assigned.
