We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Service Technician to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of tower crane systems. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and reliable operation of cranes through preventive maintenance, technical inspections, and timely repairs while following strict safety standards.

FORMWORK CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven practical experience as a Concrete Formwork Carpenter.
• At least 5 years of independent formwork construction experience.
• Must have a valid Category B driving license.
• Proven experience in assembling, installing, and dismantling concrete formwork.
• Able to independently read and interpret technical construction drawings.
• Experience in positioning reinforcement bars and reinforcement cages.
• Experience in concrete pouring and operating concrete vibrating equipment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to relocate and work in Belgium on a long-term basis.
• Willing and able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Flexible and willing to work on different construction projects.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, accuracy, and workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Read and independently interpret technical construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Assemble, install, and dismantle concrete formwork according to project requirements.
• Prepare and position formwork accurately before concrete pouring.
• Position reinforcement bars and reinforcement cages correctly.
• Check dimensions, levels, measurements, and alignment before concrete pouring.
• Pour concrete into prepared formwork and ensure proper placement.
• Operate concrete vibrating equipment to properly compact concrete.
• Inspect the quality, stability, and alignment of formwork and finished concrete structures.
• Clean, maintain, and properly store formwork materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or safety hazards on the worksite.
• Follow all construction site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Work independently or as part of a construction team as required.
• Perform other formwork and concrete construction duties as assigned.
