COFFEE MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • No minimum educational attainment is required.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining coffee machines, brewers, grinders, or similar equipment is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Able to read and follow equipment manuals, work orders, and operating instructions.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and proper equipment handling procedures.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing equipment operation and maintenance tasks.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate coffee machines, brewers, grinders, and other supporting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform installation, repair, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate machinery used in coffee and beverage preparation.
  • Monitor equipment operation and identify mechanical or operational issues.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and operating instructions to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
  • Follow prescribed workplace health and safety regulations and operating procedures.
  • Pack coffee, sugar, and other beverage-related products into sachets or sticks when required.
  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of supporting processing and packaging equipment.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Perform other equipment operation and maintenance duties as assigned.
