Footwear Engineer (CAD System)

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in footwear CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Delcam Crispin, or similar)
  • Experience in footwear pattern making, design, and modification.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify footwear designs and patterns using CAD software.
  • Convert 2D sketches into 3D digital patterns ready for production.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure specifications are accurate.

Ortho Baltic began with the production of bespoke orthopaedic footwear, which remains the company’s core product. With an annual capacity of 10,000 pairs, Ortho Baltic manages every stage of footwear development—from last design to complete finishing. A new footwear model catalogue is released every two years, introducing innovative technologies to the market. Through its custom-made footwear brand i-wear®, Ortho Baltic now addresses not only patients with specific medical needs, but also individuals who value health, comfort, and individuality.
