Job Location: Saipan

Hong Ye Construction is looking for skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenters to join its construction team in Saipan. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed carpentry work related to the finishing stage of construction projects.

Finishing Carpenter

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Finishing Carpenter.
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Skilled in using carpentry tools and finishing equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to perform construction-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair finishing structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, moldings, trims, and other wooden fixtures.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
  • Perform detailed finishing work to ensure high-quality appearance and workmanship.
  • Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
  • Use carpentry tools, machines, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets project standards and requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
