Oodles Wok is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Female Service Crew (Waitress) to join its team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience, and supporting the restaurant’s daily operations.
FEMALE SERVICE CREW (Waitress)
Qualifications:
- Female applicants.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards at all times.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant operations as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the employer.
