Glam Squad is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino applicants interested in working as a Female Hairstylist in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide professional hair care and styling services, including haircuts, blow-drying, coloring, bleaching, toning, perming, and other hair treatments.

FEMALE HAIRSTYLIST

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Age: 25–35 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hairstylist.
• Proficiency in using professional hairstyling tools, including shears, razors, clippers, blow-dryers, and thermal styling tools.
• Knowledge of hair color theory, bleaching, toning, perming, smoothing treatments, and hair extensions.
• Ability to consult with clients, interpret reference photos, and manage client expectations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality hairstyling services.
• Knowledge of hair care, chemical treatment procedures, and salon hygiene standards.
• Ability to work professionally in a salon environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle preferences, hair care needs, and desired results.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, haircuts, colors, and treatments based on clients’ preferences and hair condition.
• Perform haircuts using shears, razors, clippers, and other professional styling tools.
• Wash, condition, blow-dry, straighten, curl, and style hair for different occasions.
• Perform hair coloring, bleaching, toning, perming, and smoothing treatments according to salon standards.
• Provide hair extension services when qualified and required.
• Interpret clients’ reference photos and communicate realistic expectations regarding the final results.
• Assess hair and scalp conditions before recommending or performing chemical treatments.
• Follow proper procedures for mixing and applying hair color, bleach, and other chemical products.
• Maintain clean and sanitized tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow salon hygiene, health, and safety procedures when handling styling tools and chemical products.
• Maintain professional customer service and encourage repeat visits through quality service.
