Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. (SPIL) is seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Workers for deployment to Taiwan. The successful candidate will assist in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing operations while maintaining quality, productivity, and workplace safety standards.
FACTORY WORKER
Qualifications:
- Male or female applicants are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be at least High School Graduates or equivalent.
- Experience in factory, manufacturing, electronics, or production work is an advantage but not always required.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours and performing repetitive tasks.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, overtime, and clean room environments when required.
- Basic knowledge of factory safety and production procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions, production standards, and company policies accurately.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in semiconductor and electronics production processes according to company standards and procedures.
- Operate production equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Perform assembly, packaging, sorting, labeling, and material handling tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment at all times.
- Monitor machines and report defects, malfunctions, or production issues immediately to supervisors.
- Meet daily production targets and quality requirements.
- Assist in inventory handling and movement of materials within the production area.
- Support team operations and other factory-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
