Porite Taiwan Co., Ltd. is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to join its manufacturing operations in Taiwan. Successful candidates will assist with production, assembly, material handling, quality inspection, packaging, and other general factory activities while following workplace safety, quality, and production standards. FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Willing to work in a manufacturing and factory environment in Taiwan.
• Able to follow production procedures, workplace rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks, standing for extended periods, and handling materials as required.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and reliable.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a production team.
• Willing to undergo company training for assigned production processes and equipment.
• Must work in accordance with the Responsible Supply Chain Initiative (RSCI) principles, including no forced labor, humane treatment, freedom
• of association, and transparent employment contracts.
• Must comply with applicable Taiwan Ministry of Labor laws and regulations.
• Must respect workplace rights, company policies, occupational safety requirements, and fair employment practices.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with assembly, processing, packing, sorting, and other factory production activities.
• Operate basic production tools, machinery, and equipment after receiving proper training.
• Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, components, and finished products as required.
• Inspect products and components for defects, damage, incorrect assembly, or other quality issues.
• Follow production specifications, quality standards, and workplace procedures.
• Perform repetitive production tasks accurately while maintaining required productivity and quality levels.
• Label, pack, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations and production areas.
• Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage and unnecessary waste.
• Report defective products, equipment problems, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors.
• Follow proper procedures for the use, cleaning, and basic care of production equipment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with workplace safety procedures.
• Follow assigned work schedules, production targets, and supervisor instructions.
• Cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to maintain efficient production operations.
• Observe proper workplace conduct and respect company policies and procedures.
• Follow Taiwan Ministry of Labor requirements and applicable workplace rules.
• Maintain responsible and respectful behavior toward coworkers, supervisors, and other personnel.
• Perform other production, packaging, material handling, and factory duties assigned by management.
