Job Vacancy: Factory Worker

Chenbro Micom Co., Ltd. is seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Workers for deployment to Taiwan. The successful candidate will assist in manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and production support operations within an electronics and computer hardware production environment.
Factory Worker
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks.
- Experience in factory, manufacturing, assembly line, or electronics production work is an advantage.
- Ability to follow production instructions, workplace rules, and safety procedures.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, overtime, and team-based production settings.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and able to meet production targets.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembly, inspection, packaging, and production line operations.
- Operate basic manufacturing tools, machines, and production equipment according to company procedures.
- Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Sort, label, pack, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations and production areas.
- Follow workplace safety regulations, production guidelines, and operational standards at all times.
- Report machine issues, defective products, or production concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Support team members and supervisors in achieving daily production goals and schedules.
