Maintenance Engineer/Technician
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in Assembly Station positions, including:
- Flip Chip Bonding (FCB)
- Underfill
- Diebond
- Wafersaw
- Saw Singulation
- Mold
- RVSI
- AOI (Assembly processes only)
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement effective repairs
- Ensure equipment operates efficiently to support production targets
- Conduct routine inspections and calibration of machines
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and technical documentation
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance
