Amkor Technology is currently seeking Factory Workers to support its semiconductor manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The role involves assisting in production processes, operating factory equipment, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are strictly followed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• Willingness to work in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures strictly.
• Experience in factory or manufacturing work is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in semiconductor production and assembly processes.
• Operate basic factory and production equipment as assigned.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area or cleanroom environment.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Support production targets by performing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
