MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in maintenance, preventive maintenance, or as an equipment technician/specialist
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or related fields
- Experience with semiconductor equipment such as SUSS, GPTC, SCT, Evatex, TEL, Koyo, Onto, Camtec, NEXX, AMAT, PSK, ULVAC is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and team collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on semiconductor equipment, including but not limited to:
Flip Chip Bonding:- Underfill, Disbond Sawing & Singulation
- Wafer Sawing & Molding processes
- Handle machines such as ICON-ASM838, ASM8312, Protec, SRM ZR32T
- Operate and maintain Bumping stations including Yellow Light, Photo, Dry Pick in Place (excluding Testing Pick in Place)
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and quality
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
