Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 1 years work experience

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare all kind of Cakes, Cookies, Pastries (both savory and sweet), Pies and other kind of deserts according to the requirement.
• Check daily production schedule to determine variety and quantity of items to prepare and produce.
• Make sure to clean and organize the Freezers/Chillers stored and production area all the time.
• Prepare all the components, i.e., sauces, garnishes and store appropriately.
• Combining ingredients, shaping dough, blending colors, detail-oriented and creative.
• Check and put the label of production and expiry date appropriately to all the products.
• Organize the kitchen, gather and stock ingredients and plan production.
• Weigh ingredients following recipes and prepare items according to the recipes provided.
• Communicate well with Superiors and colleagues to run the production smoothly without any break down.

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
