FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is an advantage but may not be required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks.
• Able to follow instructions and company work procedures.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work extended hours, shifts, weekends, or holidays when required by the company.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Must comply with company safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned production and factory work according to company procedures.
• Operate basic machinery, tools, and production equipment as instructed.
• Assist in the assembly, processing, packaging, sorting, and inspection of products.
• Handle raw materials, components, finished products, and production supplies safely.
• Conduct basic visual inspection of products to identify defects or quality issues.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow workplace health and safety rules and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report equipment problems, product defects, and workplace hazards to supervisors.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and quality requirements.
• Cooperate with supervisors and fellow workers to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other factory and production-related duties as assigned.
