The Factory Worker will operate production machines and equipment in an electrical and cable manufacturing environment, ensuring safe and efficient workflow. This role may involve assisting licensed electricians or maintenance technicians to troubleshoot minor electrical issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a factory worker, preferably in electrical or cable manufacturing.
• Basic mechanical and electrical understanding to assist in troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate production machinery safely.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials as required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in assembly or production processes for electrical cables and components.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical or mechanical issues under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly.
• Support team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
