Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Foreman to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will manage maintenance teams, ensure operational reliability of equipment and infrastructure, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Facility Maintenance Foreman
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Foreman, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Experience in industrial or large-scale facility maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Technical or vocational certification in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred.
- Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff for mechanical, electrical, and civil facility operations.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and records for audits and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel to enhance skill levels and efficiency.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
