Lamprell Energy Limited is seeking experienced Pipe and Structural Fabricators to support offshore and onshore oil & gas construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabrication, assembly, and installation of piping and structural components in compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
FABRICATOR (PIPE / STRUCTURAL)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
- Must be a male applicant.
- Proven experience in oil & gas and offshore projects.
- Experience as a structural fabricator and piping fabricator is required.
- Experience in Aramco projects is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding industrial environments.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication of structural steel and piping systems based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Carry out cutting, shaping, fitting, and assembly of pipe and structural components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and fabrication blueprints.
- Ensure accurate alignment, fit-up, and welding preparation for piping and structural works.
- Work on offshore and oil & gas project sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and procedures.
- Assist in installation and modification of piping systems and structural frameworks.
- Conduct inspection and verification of fabricated components for accuracy and quality.
- Follow strict health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with welders, engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition.
