Emdad Human Resources Company is seeking an experienced Fabricator to fabricate and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for defense-related equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will perform cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, welding, and assembly work while maintaining strict quality, safety, and security standards.

Applicants with hands-on experience in metal cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, welding, assembly, blueprint reading, and quality inspection are encouraged to apply.

Fabricator

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Fabricator in a manufacturing, heavy industrial, or metal fabrication environment.
• Skilled in fabricating and assembling metal components based on engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, and welding using standard fabrication tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, quality control standards, and safe fabrication practices.
• Technical or vocational certificate in Fabrication, Welding, Metalwork, or a related trade is preferred.
• Good knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Good problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.
• Willing to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Willing to comply with Ministry of Defense safety, quality, and security procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and technical documents.
• Measure, mark, cut, and prepare metal materials for fabrication.
• Perform fitting, grinding, drilling, and welding using standard fabrication tools and equipment.
• Align and assemble metal components to required dimensions and specifications.
• Select and use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Perform basic welding and joining activities as required.
• Inspect fabricated components for dimensional accuracy, alignment, workmanship, and quality.
• Identify defects, deviations, or fabrication issues and make necessary corrections.
• Ensure finished products meet applicable quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain fabrication tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and proper working condition.
• Follow established fabrication procedures and safe work practices.
• Properly handle and store raw materials, tools, and finished components.
• Coordinate with welders, machinists, quality inspectors, engineers, and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fabrication area.
• Follow all applicable Ministry of Defense safety, quality, and security procedures.
• Perform other fabrication duties assigned by management.
