Executive Assistant
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Background or working knowledge in Information Technology (IT).
- Accounting skills and familiarity with financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Assist with accounting-related tasks, including preparing financial documents, tracking expenses, and supporting basic financial processes.
- Provide administrative support for IT-related projects and coordinate with technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
