Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as an Excavator Operator.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Experienced in operating 20T, 30T, and 50T excavators in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Knowledgeable in equipment safety inspections and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work in challenging environments and varying terrain conditions.
- Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
- Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), operator certifications, or project records.
- Physically fit and capable of working on large-scale project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Operate 20-ton, 30-ton, and 50-ton excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and material handling activities.
- Perform excavation works according to project plans, site requirements, and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks before starting daily operations.
- Identify equipment issues and report maintenance or repair requirements immediately.
- Follow excavation plans, ground markings, and instructions from supervisors and site engineers.
- Work safely near underground utilities, pipelines, and structures while maintaining operational accuracy.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and safe movement of equipment on various terrains and site conditions.
- Maintain daily equipment logs, fuel usage records, and operating reports as required.
- Observe all occupational health, environmental, and safety regulations at the worksite.
- Coordinate effectively with ground personnel, signalmen, and other operators during operations.
