ER NURSE

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as an ER Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• Must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Examination) holder.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong patient assessment, triage, and emergency nursing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform triage assessments to prioritize patients based on the severity of injury or illness.
• Provide immediate nursing care to emergency patients, including assessment, monitoring, and implementation of appropriate care plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, recognize changes in condition, and promptly report critical findings to physicians.
• Create, maintain, and update accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and emergency interventions in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist physicians and the emergency healthcare team during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and emergency treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions when appropriate.
• Maintain infection prevention, patient safety, and emergency care standards at all times.
• Ensure emergency equipment and supplies are available, functional, and ready for use.
