Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. (SPIL) is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Operators for deployment to Taiwan. The successful candidate will operate and monitor production equipment used in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained.
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Male or female applicants are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be at least High School Graduates or equivalent.
- Experience in factory operations, machine operation, semiconductor manufacturing, or electronics production is an advantage.
- Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and workplace safety procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of working in shifting schedules and clean room environments.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Basic computer skills and machine monitoring knowledge are an advantage.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a production team.
- Willing to render overtime work when required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor semiconductor and electronics manufacturing equipment according to production requirements.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine operational checks before production runs.
- Inspect products and machine outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities, defects, or operational issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clean room protocols at all times.
- Record production data, machine status, and operational results accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, tools, and production areas.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks when required.
- Follow workplace safety rules and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain efficient workflow.
