Mandurah and South Western Glass Pty. Ltd is hiring experienced Energy Storage Installers for deployment in Australia. The company is seeking skilled technical workers who can install and assemble battery energy storage systems (BESS), ensuring safe, accurate, and high-quality installation in accordance with engineering standards and manufacturer requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in electrical installation support, mechanical assembly, or renewable energy systems.

ENERGY STORAGE INSTALLER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Energy Storage Installer or related technical role.
• Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• At least 1 year in college or vocational graduate may be waived from IELTS/PTE English test requirements.
• Knowledge of safe work practices around electrical and energy storage systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid Philippine Driver’s License.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
• With High-Voltage Awareness Training certification.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and engineering specifications accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Install battery storage units, battery racks, containers, cabinets, and associated equipment.
• Assemble and position battery modules according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Install support structures, mounting systems, and battery enclosures securely and accurately.
• Assist in the placement and installation of utility-scale battery containers and skid-mounted systems.
• Ensure all equipment is properly aligned, secured, and installed according to technical standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, installation guides, and technical specifications.
• Support installation teams in handling heavy components and system assembly tasks.
• Follow strict safety procedures when working near electrical and energy storage systems.
• Assist in testing and verification of installed battery storage systems when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and energy industry standards.
