Aureol Global Connections is seeking qualified Electricians for placement in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations for residential and commercial renewable energy projects, including solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery storage systems, EV chargers, and associated electrical works.

Working alongside roofing and installation teams, the Electrician will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations.

ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical certification.
  • Safe Electric Registered or eligible to become registered.
  • Experience installing Solar PV systems, hybrid inverters, and battery storage systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with inverter manufacturers such as GoodWe, SAJ, Solis, or similar brands is an advantage.
  • Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Holder of a full clean Category B driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission electrical systems for residential and commercial Solar PV installations.
  • Install and connect battery storage systems, hybrid inverters, EV chargers, and associated electrical equipment.
  • Perform electrical wiring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure safe and reliable system operation.
  • Work collaboratively with roofing and installation teams to complete projects on schedule.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures while working at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate installation records.
  • Provide professional workmanship and excellent customer service throughout project completion.
