Electrical Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring installations, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Experience in supervising electricians and coordinating daily work activities.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to estimate material requirements and coordinate project resources effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and capable of working in construction or industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and schedule daily activities for junior and journeyman electricians.
- Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure project efficiency and quality.
- Inspect completed electrical works to ensure compliance with design plans, local electrical codes, and safety standards.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to support project planning and execution.
- Estimate material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules and specifications.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce workplace safety procedures and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to electrical teams.
- Prepare project reports, maintenance records, and operational documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management teams regarding project requirements and progress.
