KSK Company is seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead electrical installation teams on major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.

We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.

Electrical Foreman

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
• Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international electrical standards and construction site safety practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and electrical helpers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules.
• Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and work plans to organize and assign tasks to the electrical team.
• Oversee the installation of conduits, cable trays, cable ladders, power and control cables, lighting systems, switchgear, transformers, distribution boards, and other electrical equipment.
• Monitor the quality of electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other construction trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe work practices on site.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and prepare daily reports on manpower, materials, and completed activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project schedules.
• Manage the proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
