Dutch Reservation Consultant

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or similar fields.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, reservations, or travel industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel, airline, travel, or service reservations for customers.
• Process booking requests, cancellations, and modifications.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer and reservation details into the system.
• Confirm reservations and provide necessary travel or booking information.
• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via mobile, email, or chat.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Promote additional products, services, or upgrades when appropriate.
• Achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Recommend suitable travel or accommodation options based on customer needs.
