Draftsman

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as a Draftsman in an engineering or design office.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Others) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience using MicroStation for engineering drafting and design.
• Experience preparing and modifying drawings in accordance with Saudi Aramco specifications is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CADD software, engineering drawing standards, and technical documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, design specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in drafting work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drafting assignments while meeting project deadlines.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and update engineering and technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software.
• Produce detailed drawings for civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, or infrastructure projects based on engineering specifications.
• Modify existing drawings and documentation to reflect design changes, project revisions, and as-built conditions.
• Prepare drawings using MicroStation software in accordance with Saudi Aramco specifications and drafting standards.
• Access and manage plant documentation, engineering records, and technical reference materials for drafting activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other technical personnel to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Review drawings for completeness, consistency, and adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain proper version control and document management for engineering drawings.
• Prepare layout drawings, plans, sections, elevations, isometric drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings as required.
• Ensure all drafting work complies with company quality assurance procedures and engineering standards.
• Support project teams by providing technical drafting assistance throughout project execution.
• Perform other drafting and design-related duties assigned by management.
