DOMESTIC HELPER

Qualifications:

• Applicants with no work experience are welcome to apply.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Applicants must be at least 24 years old.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• First-timer applicants: 24–40 years old; first-timers are required and allowed.
• Ex-abroad applicants: 26–43 years old; applicants with overseas experience are required and allowed.
• Must know how to follow instructions properly.
• Must be able to communicate well with the employer.
• Physically, emotionally, and mentally fit to work.
• Responsible, respectful, trustworthy, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to perform household cleaning and maintenance duties efficiently.
• Willing to follow the employer’s household routines, instructions, and workplace requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Perform general household cleaning and maintain cleanliness and order throughout the home.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors, furniture, surfaces, and other household areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other commonly used areas.
• Keep bedrooms and living spaces neat, organized, and properly maintained.
• Assist with routine household cleaning tasks according to the employer’s instructions.
• Follow the employer’s household routines, schedules, and specific instructions.
• Properly use and care for household appliances, cleaning equipment, and other household items.
• Handle cleaning materials and household products safely and appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of household supplies and equipment.
• Inform the employer of damaged appliances, equipment, or household items when necessary.
• Perform assigned household duties carefully and efficiently.
• Maintain a respectful, responsible, trustworthy, and professional attitude at all times.
• Respect the employer’s household rules, privacy, property, and personal belongings.
• Communicate properly with the employer regarding household tasks and instructions.
• Follow instructions accurately and ask for clarification when necessary.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene and cleanliness while performing household duties.
• Work independently and manage assigned household tasks responsibly.
• Perform other reasonable household duties as assigned by the employer.
