Peloton Workready is seeking experienced Die Setters to join production teams across Australia. This role focuses on setting up, adjusting, and maintaining dies to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is skilled in interpreting technical drawings, calibrating machinery, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining high-quality output.

DIE SETTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Die Setter or in machinery setup for production.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in machine calibration, adjustments, and die preparation.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and general machinery systems.
• Familiarity with safety-compliant work practices and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare machinery, including presses and molding machines, for safe and efficient production.
• Adjust machine parameters: pressure, temperature, speed, and alignment.
• Run test cycles to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues such as misalignment, defects, or jams.
• Perform basic maintenance on dies, tools, and equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and tooling specifications.
• Utilize workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machinery systems.
