DIALYSIS NURSE
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Newly Registered Nurses are accepted, provided they meet the employer’s requirements.
No working gap is required. - With or without Saudi Prometric is accepted.
- Having an active Saudi Council/SCFHS registration or license is an added advantage.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Emergency Room (ER)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
- Operating Room (OR)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Delivery Room / Obstetric Operating Room
- Dialysis
- Ex-Saudi nurses with existing Saudi licensing/registration are preferred.
- Must be willing and able to meet the hiring and professional requirements of Saudi German Hospital.
- Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with physicians’ orders, hospital policies, and established nursing standards.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, IV therapies, and other nursing interventions safely and accurately.
- Monitor patients closely and promptly report significant changes or critical conditions to physicians and the healthcare team.
- Assist with emergency and critical care procedures according to assigned specialty and competency.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, medications, progress, and nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and continuous patient care.
- Provide patients and families with appropriate health education, instructions, and emotional support.
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow infection-control procedures, hospital policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
