Design & Estimation Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HVAC/MEP design and estimation.
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or related field).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems, ducting, and piping layouts.
- Proficiency in design software and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare HVAC/MEP system designs, including load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.
- Develop ducting, piping, and equipment layouts according to project requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates and techno-commercial proposals for greenfield, brownfield, and aftermarket projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs meet technical, safety, and budgetary standards.
- Review and validate design documents to ensure compliance with client specifications and engineering standards.
