Carpenter Automotive & Transport Limited / Boroko Motors is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer relations and service operations within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences, managing service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in customer service, automotive after-sales, or service operations is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, and management teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer service operations and ensure efficient delivery of automotive services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional support and timely assistance.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and service-related issues effectively.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and management teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Ensure accurate communication of service updates, repair progress, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain customer records, service reports, and related documentation.
• Support customer retention initiatives and promote a positive customer experience.
• Assist in developing customer service procedures and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
