CRANE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate or Diploma.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience as a Crane Operator.
- Saudi Aramco Certified Operator License is an advantage.
- Good understanding and application of basic rigging procedures.
- Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance, including technical, electrical, and mechanical aspects of crane equipment.
- Experience in crane operation, monitoring equipment usage and operating hours, and loading/unloading cranes onto transport vehicles or trailers.
- Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic conversational Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work safely under pressure and in demanding construction or industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile cranes and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
- Inspect cranes before and after operation to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Perform lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of heavy materials, equipment, and machinery.
- Apply basic rigging procedures and work closely with riggers and signalmen during lifting operations.
- Monitor crane load capacities and ensure lifting operations comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance, including routine technical, electrical, and mechanical checks.
- Monitor crane operating hours and report maintenance requirements or equipment defects.
- Load and unload cranes onto transport vehicles or trailers when required.
- Maintain accurate equipment inspection records, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and safe work practices.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, riggers, and site personnel to coordinate lifting operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other crane operation and equipment-related duties assigned by management.

We have a fleet of more than 500 medium and large sized Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cranes with capacity ranging from 50 tons to 500 tons. Transportation fleet consists of low-bed and flat-bed trailers and Heavy Equipment rental including earth moving equipment and forklifts.
Our Manpower Consists of rigging supervisors, Crane operators, trailer Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators and riggers. All our Operators and Drivers are having valid Saudi Government License. Our Crane operators are also having Saudi Aramco Crane operator Certification and valid third party license.
Our Clientele includes Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SCECO, LSTK Eletro Mechanical Contractors and its subcontractors.
