Crane Operator – 75T
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Crane Operator (75T or similar capacity).
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Skilled in interpreting lift plans, load charts, and rigging procedures.
- Knowledgeable in crane safety standards, inspection routines, and preventive maintenance.
- Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
- Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), licenses, or project records.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate 75-ton mobile crane safely and efficiently for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment on site.
- Execute lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans, load charts, and site safety procedures.
- Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections to ensure all crane systems, controls, and safety devices are in proper working condition.
- Coordinate closely with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors using standard communication methods and hand signals.
- Assess load weights, rigging requirements, and crane capacity prior to each lift to ensure safe operation.
- Ensure proper setup, stabilization, and leveling of the crane before starting any lifting activity.
- Monitor site conditions, including weather and ground stability, to ensure safe lifting operations.
- Follow all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Immediately report any mechanical faults or safety hazards to the supervisor or maintenance team.
